1. Type: Type characterizes the type, performance, use, structure and other characteristics of the motor. It is often marked on the first line of motor nameplate, mainly composed of product code, specification code and technical parameter code.
For example, a motor model is "Y250M2-4". The first Chinese alphabet represents the product code of the motor and Y represents the asynchronous motor. The second Arabic numeral 250 represents the center height H. That is, the center height 250mm. The third Chinese alphabet represents the motor seat number. Among them, S is the short seat, M is the middle seat, L is the long seat, and the fourth Arabic numeral represents the core length number. 2 represents the length of core No. 2 (the larger the number, the longer the core); the last Arabic numeral represents the number of magnetic poles, that is, 4 represents two pairs of magnetic poles (the larger the number of magnetic poles, the lower the rated speed of the motor). For example, the speed of the motor is 1450, min.
2. Power: Refers to rated power, indicating the output power of the motor shaft under rated voltage.
3. Voltage: Refers to the rated voltage. It represents the voltage added to the end of the stator winding during the normal operation of the motor. According to regulations, the rated voltage levels of three-phase asynchronous motors are 220V, 38OV, 3000V, 6000V, IOOOV, etc.
4. Current: Refers to the rated current, which indicates the line current flowing through the stator winding when the motor operates under the rated working condition.
5. Frequency: Refers to the rated frequency, which indicates the AC power supply frequency of the motor.
6. Connection: refers to the connection mode of motor stator windings. There are usually "Y" connection method and "delta" connection method.
7. Working mode: Represents the working characteristics of the motor. It can be divided into three types: continuous, short-term and intermittent. Short-term means that the motor can only operate within a limited time. The specified time is divided into lOmin. 30 min, 60 min and 90 nun. After running, the motor must be cooled before it can run again. Intermittence means that the motor can only work intermittently. Its intermittence working time is usually 15W0, 28%, 40%, 60% of a cycle (such as lOmin), and the rest is downtime.
8. Power factor: refers to the percentage of the active power output and the apparent input power when the motor operates under the rated working condition.
9. Insulation grade: refers to the motor winding working in normal state. Winding allowed to exceed the environmental temperature electrician basic value.
10. Rated speed: refers to the motor in rated working conditions, to turn to the number of rotations per minute, unit r/min.
